Cybersecurity Salesforce Portal
Problem
The client was looking for a way to increase the utilization of their salesforce partner portal and deliver a more reliable and persona driven experience.
Solution
We lead qualitative research during discovery to build out five personas: Partner Solution Tech, Partner Marketing Manager, Partner Administrator, Partner Salesperson, and Partnership Manager. After mapping each persona's journey, the persona needs were addressed via customized dashboard features and tools.
The team delivered wireframes and a new user interface of the experience which were then technically scoped and road-mapped for implementation of an MVP product that would address the user needs.
Outcome
By performing these discovery exercises, the client's executives were able to envision the future product that they needed to deliver to their partners and were able to discuss and plan how to implement this product with a timeline for launch.
