Lab Instrument Portal
Problem
A client working with laboratory professionals needed to reimagine their customer-facing lab equipment portal to drive utilization of their current portal; increasing product value and customer retention.
Solution
Our 14 week discovery consisted of 50 interviews from locations throughout globe. During this time, we were able to uncover insights about how the product is used from the customer perspective that were previously unknown.. We consolidated this into a research summary and determined the best platform and service to move forward with eventually landing on adobe experience manager (AEM). From this point, we defined the MVP roadmap and future phases of product development.
Outcome
Through a diligent vetting process with cooperation from development, we were able to produce 50 wireframes and UI comps, excelling the client’s expectations. Our final MVP deliverable secured the funding needed to support a full build of the project and eventually lead to launching an updated service providing more value to the customer.
